The seminar will cover the basics about our integrated body system, Yin and Yang, Five Elements, meridians (energy channels), and blood and Qi* (energy, pronounced Ch'i). You'll know the theory behind acupuncture, Tuina** (deep tissue massage), and how oriental medicine treats illnesses. Also, he will show you ways on how you can improve your body energy through breathing, acupressure, body cleansing, and maintaining your body as a whole.

Jun Ji came to the U.S. in 1998 as a graduate student in West Virginia University. Jun Ji has a Master′s Degree in Computer Science and MBA.

The story begins in Sept., 2005, Jun Ji woke up with the left side of his face totally paralyzed and could not close his eyes or smile. After checking in the emergency room, Jun Ji was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy. The doctor told him that it would take about one to two years to recover, and half of the patients never recover. The drugs that the doctor gave him did not work. So he tried the traditional Chinese way: moxibustion***. It was amazing that he recovered in just two weeks. That's the first time he saw the power of oriental health treatment.

Starting from January of 2006, Jun Ji was tested with higher cholesterol. As of March 2006, he was diagnosed with kidney stones on his right side. In July, 2006, he had an Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) surgery to remove the kidney stones. The surgery was successful, but it left minor pain on the back. In January of 2007, without any accident, he started feeling lower back pain. The pain kept getting worse and some cracking sound could be heard when he stood up. After checking with a few different doctors, including one experienced orthopedics doctor, and trying a few times X-ray and physical therapy, nobody could tell what was wrong. The situation kept getting worse and even walking for a few minutes became a problem. Meantime, when Jun Ji had a regular physical check, he was found that his liver and kidney's data were abnormal. Jun Ji used to be very healthy, but suddenly, everything that could go wrong went wrong.

After almost a year of suffering of the lower back pain, in December of 2007, Jun Ji started to try chiropractics and acupuncture and saw significant pain relief. Meantime, he started gall-bladder, kidney, liver and intestinal cleansing, acupressure, abdomen breathing, optimizing sleeping, etc. In just 3 months, his health recovered quickly. Now he feels full of energy and very confident about his health. He keeps searching of ways to improve health naturally and willing to share with others. "I walked away from serious health problems. You can do the same thing. There's gotta be a natural way." - Jun Ji
